Customizing your Magfit surfaces

Colors

When customizing your MagFit surfaces, you will need to provide us with the HEX color values that you want to have them printed with. If you are not familiar with this type of color code, it is a 6 hexadecimal value that represents Red, Green & Blue (RGB). The values range from F (hexadecimal equivalent to 16 in decimal) to 0. Here are a few examples:

White in HEX color code is #FFFFFF
Black in HEX color code is #000000
Red in HEX color code is #FF0000
Blue in HEX color code is #0000FF
Green in HEX color code is #00FF00

You will need to provide us HEX color codes for the Base color and for both Points. There are many online tools to help you with HEX colors such as Color by Adobe or ColorDesigner.io that gives you a palette of 5 HEX colors from an image you upload.

Logo

Your logo will be placed by our skilled designer team manually to ensure your product(s) meet our design & quality standards. You can check out the next FAQ for logo file upload specifications.

Logo upload specifications

You can customize MagFit surface & Special cubes with your own logo graphic file.

Vector file

We recommend uploading a vector graphic file when asked to upload your logo such as:

.AI
.EPS
.SVG
.PDF

Raster image file

These are JPG & PNG file types. If you do not have a vector graphic file or your logo, upload the highest resolution file you have of your logo. We will get in touch with you if ever there is an issue with your logo file that is preventing us from displaying your logo in a way that meets our quality & design standards. Here are our recommended specs for raster image files listed in order of importance:

PNG uncompressed with transparent background (BEST)
JPG at 300DPI with the smallest side having at least 1000px

Editing a customized product

You’ve found your dream board, spent some time customizing your colors, uploading your logo and added it to your cart. But you need to make a change to that product, there’s a simple way to edit your customization.

Go to your cart, every product that has been customized can be edited using the orange EDIT button below the product title.

Shipping policy

Fast & Free international shipping. All orders placed on CustomBackgammon.com will be shipped out to you anywhere on the globe using FedEx or UPS. You will be provided a tracking ID by email as soon as we ship your order. Our orders usually arrive to a USA address in about a month.

Our products ship from Turkey, depending on the delivery address provided and countries regulation, you may be subject to duties & import taxes. CustomBackgammon is not responsible for any duties & import fees you may be subject to at time of delivery.

International payments

CustomBackgammon.com can process international payments from anywhere in the world as we ship our boards and accessories to any address on the globe. We will process international payments in USD and include a 3% processing fee on our end. On your end your bank or payment processor might add a conversion fee.

5 Year Warranty

Our partner & manufacturer FMGammon offers a 5 year protection warranty if the failures are caused by us.
